TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
These terms and Conditions apply for the sale of goods online from websites - www.kellettstrecords.com and www.abitucker.com.au
The agreement for any sale of goods related to the above sites is between Kellett Street Records Pty Ltd (ABN: 51 131 641 551) and the purchaser. The purchase of any goods is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms.
Payment for goods can be made online via paypal or in accordance with the downloadable PDF sales form available on the Kellett Street Record PTY LTD website.
The purchaser acknowledges that they are over 18 years of age.
The online retail price, postage and handling costs and the description of goods are subject to change by notice on this site.
All prices on the site are inclusive of GST. However, products that are sold outside of Australia will be exclusive of GST.
Delivery of goods within Australia will be made within 14 days of accepted payment to Kellett Street Records Pty Ltd. If goods are not received within such time, the purchaser may cancel their pending order and will receive a full refund for the product plus postage and handling fees.
All sales are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that payment has been accepted by Kellett Street Records Pty Ltd for the goods, when there are no goods available for dispatch to the purchaser, Kellett Street Records Pty Ltd will refund the full amount within 14 days, by means of money order or cheque.
